It meant that more than half of road accidents that involve vehicles, more than half of it has something to do with motorcycle. Even with the absence of bad weather or slippery road, motorcycles are still bound to have accident in cities 806%. Traffic signs also do not help because motorcycles still suffers from accident 706% of the time (405). Further, it is very bothering that among all vehicles, it is with motorcycles that has death fatalities.
